We are looking for a skilled and proactive 3D Modeling & Texturing Team Leader who can take ownership of our 3D pipeline, lead the team with clarity and vision, and drive innovation using AI and the latest tools. This role requires both hands-on technical expertise and strategic thinking to optimize workflow and deliver high-quality outputs consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the 3D modeling & texturing team to deliver production-ready assets.
Take full ownership of project quality, timelines, and workflow optimization.
Ensure proper meshflow, UV mapping, texturing, and material application standards.
Integrate new plugins, AI tools, or software features to improve team efficiency.
Mentor team members and promote a collaborative, accountable work culture.
Collaborate with project managers and creative heads to align on business goals.
Troubleshoot technical issues and streamline the modeling/texturing pipeline.
Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on experience in 3D modeling and texturing.
Proficient in industry-standard tools (e.g. Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, ZBrush, Substance Painter, etc.)
Strong understanding of meshflow, topology, baking, UVs, and PBR workflow.
Experience in team leadership or mentoring roles.
Strong ownership, accountability, and problem-solving skills.
Working knowledge of AI-based tools in 3D production (e.g. generative tools, AI UV mapping, automation scripts).
Business and solution-oriented mindset – capable of aligning technical skills with production goals.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
Experience with Unreal Engine / Unity pipelines.
Familiarity with simulation and rendering optimization.
Exposure to CGI product rendering or virtual production.
Animation Basic knowledge
